Landlord Training Course
As part of our Financial Literacy workshops, this course provides landlords with a practical approach to managing property wisely. Topics include applicant screening, developing rental agreements and the responsibilities landlords and tenants have to one another. The program also gives an overview of the rules, regulations and laws related to owning rental property.
