Home Buyer Education Class Schedule
Each HomeBuyer Education Class is 8 hours of classroom time. For your convenience, The HomeOwnership Center offers weekday classes (2 consecutive weeks of Tuesday and Wednesday) and weekend classes (1 Saturday). Module 1 and 2 are required to obtain an HBE certificate. Class locations vary. Call 724-4197 for further information or to register for either a weekday or weekend class.
Download our intake form and homebuyer education registration form. Both forms must be completed and returned to HOC with payment-in-full to register. Payment must be either by check or money order. Classes fill-up fast, so we recommend that you register as soon as possible.

The HomeOwnership Center also offers Workshops once a month on various topics on owning a home and managing finances. Please call The HomeOwnership Center at 724-4197 for more information.
The cost of the HomeBuyer Education Class is $40 for one person or $70 for couples. All registrants must register (and pay for the class if applicable) no later than noon on the day before the class begins. The HomeOwnership Center accepts checks or money orders for payment of the class- NO CASH IS ACCEPTED. There is a $25 fee for returned checks. Tuition for the class is NON-REFUNDABLE. Class starts on time and doors will lock 15 minutes after the start of class.
